ATMOSFERA'S TERMS OF SERVICE

It is important to fully read my Terms of Service before commissioning any artwork or presets.My Terms of Service may be subject to change.My Carrd contains my prices, examples, and socials. My Trello can be used to track my queue and view more examples. My Trello is updated regularly.By commissioning or trading with me, you agree to my terms of service. Failure to follow my terms of service will result in being

GENERAL TERMS

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to commission me.I (Atmosfera) have the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.As the artist, I maintain all rights to completed works. I can use completed artwork and presets as advertisements and examples unless requested otherwise.Clients may repost their pieces anywhere as long as the piece is properly credited.Clients may do minor edits to their commissioned pieces but not past recognition. Credit must be given.Clients may not rush, harass, pester, etc during the commission.Using my work commercially, Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTS)/Crypto Currency, and Artificial Intelligence of any form are strictly prohibited.Clients may not remove my signature, heavy reference, trace, etc under any circumstances.

PAYMENT

Art commissions are paid in full upfront or after the client approves the sketch. Preset commissions are paid in full upfront or 50% of the total amount must be paid initially, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the preset. USD and digital currency are the accepted forms of payment unless another form is agreed upon. USD payment can only be sent through PayPal Invoice and Ko-fi.Discord Nitro ($10), Steam games, WoW Subscription Cards, Star Rider (Star Stable), and gift cards are also accepted.Accepted Digital CurrenciesDeviantart Points: $1 = 100 Points
Wolvden Cones: $1 = 300 Silver Cones (SC) / 4 Gold Cones (GC)
Lioden Beetles: $1 = 900 Silver Beetles (SB) / 2 Gold Beetles (GB)

Second Life's Linden/L$Payment must be sent within a week after the client approves the sketch or when their preset is completed. Failure to send the payment will result in the commission being canceled.Clients can notify me if the payment didn’t go through, need more time to pay, etc.Clients will not receive their product until payment is received.

REFUND POLICY

If the commission is not completed within one to three (1-3) months or canceled by myself or the client, the client will receive a refund depending on the stage of their commission.If the commission has not started, the client will be issued a full refund.If the commission has been sketched, the client will be issued half of their refund.If the commission is nearly done or completed, the client will not be refunded.If the client files a chargeback against me, I will dispute it. The client will be blacklisted and a public beware may be published if necessary.

CONTACT & COMMUNICATION

Discussion of commissions can be conducted on any social media linked on my Carrd and email.It is preferred for clients to provide a clear visual reference. Clients may provide any information needed to draw or make their characters correctly.Clients may provide a clear description of their character. However, at least one visual reference may be required for presets or complex designs.Clients may not change the character after the commission passes the sketching stage or the preset's head, eyes, and mane have been started.Unless a gift, the character must belong to the client. I do not work with heavily referenced designs, AI designs, and designs that do not belong to the client.

COMMISSION PROCESS

Commissions are typically started within two (2) weeks and completed three (3) months at most. Scene or larger commissions may take up to four (4) months. My Trello contains the estimated date I'll be finished with the commission.Deadlines may be considered as long as I'm notified at least two to three (2-3) weeks in advance. I do not work with short deadlines.Work in Progress (WIPs) will be provided throughout all stages.Any edits requested by the client will be made during the sketching stage. After the sketch has been approved by the client, significant edits will not be made. However, minor edits the client requests will be made after the art or preset is completed. Major edits after the piece have been completed will be made at additional cost.If I make any character design, accessory, etc. errors, I will make edits regardless of the commission stage.

ART & PRESET TRADES

Art and presets must be completed within three (3) months unless we’ve discussed otherwise.If the artist has not completed their side of the trade, they will not receive the unwatermarked version or preset files until I receive it.Please be honest about updates and progress.

DESIGN TERMS OF USE

Payment is due upfront.A 20% non-refundable down payment is required to put an adoptable on hold. Holds will be done for up to a week (seven/7 days). If full payment is not received by the deadline, the adopt will go back up for sale. Extended time will be given if there's communication.Art and preset offers must be completed within three (3) months.Stealing and heavily referencing designs are strictly prohibited.When payment is received, a high-quality image of the adopt will be given to the buyer.Buyers may only sell the adopt for a higher price if they have additional art or something that increases their value.The buyer may use the adopt for personal/non-commercial use. If the buyer wants to use the adopt for commercial purposes, please inform me.The buyer may make design changes as long as the adopt is still recognizable.The buyer must give credit to the designer of the adopt.As the designer, I will not revoke designs. However, if these terms are violated, the user will be blacklisted. I reserve the right to blacklist a user if deemed necessary, regardless of whether these terms are violated or not.

BUST & HALFBODY

A clean sketch or lined and clean flat-colored bust or halfbody drawing of your character(s). Busts will only show the character(s) arms while halfbodies show the torso.

FULLBODY

A clean sketch or lined and clean flat-colored fullbody drawing of your character(s).

REFERENCE SHEET

Reference sheets are lined and flat colored. They will not be shaded.Reference sheets come with:✦ One Fullbody
